Hello John, I read the master key system last year as found that it indeed help me manifest many things in my life. I am currently listening to the audio book version of Tapping the Source which I find very inspiring, uplifting and much easier to understand.
I do have a question for clarity around the seven focus phrases and visualization, as I go through the manifestation process it is my understanding that this is about focusing on the present or the “now”. During this meditation process, is it the right “time” to visualize the things you want in life (your ideal), either tangible or intangible? Or are the thoughts of what you want just constanly held in your mind as you go about your day? Thanks!
Hi there Dalton…:)
My name is Bobby and I work with John. Great question!
I believe that you will find it is much more difficult to hold the things that you want in your life you tangible or intangible as you go throughout your day. And then many people as they lose those thoughts, tend to be hard on themselves and become frustrated because they cannot hold those thoughts in their mind all day long. And in fact, to do so, takes you out of present moment awareness because you’re too busy focused on the pictures of what it is that you want, how they will come about, and what it is you might need to do to bring them to you.
What I believe you will find in using the focus phrases, is that it will bring you in to present moment awareness and the more that you maintain that (more on that in a moment) You’ll find that what it is that you were wanting or what it is that is appropriate for you, will seem to unfold spontaneously.
We try not to think about what we want and then get into present moment awareness, rather get into present moment awareness and what you want seems to reveal itself to you. There is no trying, or effort in this. It’s just ‘what happens’.
At first, it can be difficult to maintain that present moment awareness. Because we all have a life. We have spouses, boyfriends or girlfriends, and kids. But the more that you find that you choose to focus and enjoy this present moment… The easier it will become and you will seem to stay just a little bit longer and then a little bit longer each time. The key, is to choose where you put your attention first.
Does this make sense?
Sometimes these words can bring to mind more questions…:) If that’s the case, Please feel free to write back.
We like to Create this community where these types of questions can be asked, answered and everyone gets involved and find benefit. Soon enough we may also hold conference calls with John and or myself that we will be able to talk more about these types of things and even lead you through meditations with John himself. Please let me know if this is something that you also might be interested in
